SkinCare Express will strive to fully meet your needs and expectations when you buy Dermalogica products from us. In line with Dermalogica's product policy, should you, for whatever reason, be dissatisfied with any Dermalogica products purchased from Skincare Express, you can return them for a full product refund.

Please note that our Dermalogica product fairness policy requires that we can only offer a refund if a significant amount (75%) of the product remains unused.

We can offer you a replacement for the exact same item, or, offer you a refund if you recieve your item damaged. You will be required to return the item.

You can order your Dermalogica products from Skincare Express with the understanding that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a refund.

To process your refund/exchange please follow these instructions:

Please notify us via e-mail of your intention to refund/exchange your dermalogica product and the reasons for returning the item(s). Please be sure to quote your order number. Please await a reply from us confirming that you have returned the item(s).

Prior to returning your item(s) please ensure that you include a print-out of the return confirmation e-mail that would be sent to you. Return your dermalogica product(s) to:

Allow up to seven working days for your refund to be fully processed and returned to your account.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund postage costs. We would strongly advise that you return all products via Royal Mail recorded delivery or special delivery to ensure that your goods are safely returned to us.
