Returns Policy

At Skincare Express we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items unopened/unused* within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

*Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

Please contact customer service within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order. 

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Send an email to, explaining your reasons for wishing to return the product(s) and stating the order reference number as written on the confirmation email. Also, indicate if you wish to receive a refund, a replacement of the same product, or an exchange for another product.
  2. Post the product(s) back to us (using recorded delivery) in their original packaging and in an unused condition (see exception above). The return shipping address is:

  3. ​We will confirm to you by email that we have received the returned products and that we are satisfied with their condition. We will aim to complete the refund process no later than 21 days from the date of return of the products.
  4. The refund payment will be made directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original Order.
  5. The costs for returning the products will be the responsibility of the client.
