Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy & Returns
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (, entitles you to cancel an Order anytime during the first seven working days from the receipt of the products. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.

In order to cancel an Order in accordance with the above mentioned regulations, the following steps need to be followed:
  • Send an email to, explaining your reasons for wishing to return the product(s) and stating the Order reference number as written on the delivery covering note. Also, indicate if you wish to receive a refund, a replacement of the same product, or an exchange for another product.
  • Post the product(s) back to us (using recorded delivery) in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The return shipping address is:

  • We will confirm to you by email that we have received the returned products and that we are satisfied with their condition. We will aim to complete the refund process no later than 21 days from the date of return of the products.
  • The refund payment will be made directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original Order.
  • The costs for returning the products will be the responsibility of the client.
